DINO TRI 2010 REGISTRATION
Dino Tri 2010 will begin Friday, June 25th with check-in at the Springhill Suites by Marriott located at 1205 West Highway 40, Vernal, Utah 84078 and bike check-in at Red Fleet Reservior the same night.
The Dino Tri will be held on Saturday, June 26th.
Bring the whole family. Sign up early.
Dinoland Triathlon - Saturday 6/26/10
The first wave starts at 7:00 A.M.
(All vehicals must be out of the area by 6:30 A.M.)
Bikes will be dropped off the night before the race.
There will be all night security. We will have a shuttle system from Uintah High School to the Red Fleet Reservior.
There is a large BLM field just outside the Red Fleet State Park where you can park and ride your bike in.
It is about 2 miles with a hill.
DINO TRI START TIMES/SWIM START (WAVES)
The swim start will go off with waves being sent in 5 minute intervals. The first wave will go off at 7 AM.
The Age-Group waves Wetsuits are allowed and recommended. Approximate water temperature will be mid sixties.
TRIATHLON TROPHIES AND PRIZES
Overall trophies & swag prizes will be given 3 deep in the triathlon for overall male and female in the open divisions. Age-group awards will go to the top three male and female finishers in each of the following age groups: under 19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-60, 61+. Clydesdales (men over 200lbs) and Athena's (women over 150 lbs.) will include top three finishers 39 and under, and top three finishers 40 and over. In the Challenged Athletes Division the 1st place overall M & F will be awarded trophies.
